Een training in mindfulness is een wetenschappelijk onderbouwde aandachtstraining die je beter leert omgaan
met stress, angst, slapeloosheid, piekeren, depressie, burn-out en/of pijn.
Ze stimuleert ook de creativiteit en verbetert de communicatie en focus.
Deze basistraining is geschikt voor iedereen die beter wil leren omgaan met de uitdagingen van elke dag.
Het is een integrale benadering waarbij zowel geestelijke als lichamelijke gezondheid wordt bevorderd.
Mindfulness leert je hoe je zelf actief kunt bijdragen aan je kwaliteit van welzijn.
Voorafgaand aan de mindfulness training start is er steeds een individueel intake gesprek.
Dit is een belangrijk onderdeel van de training.

MEDITATIEAVONDEN
Elke woensdagavond mediteren we in de mooie tuinstudio van Tilly & Valerio.
Er is telkens een thema, twee begeleide meditaties en een theepauze.
Iedereen welkom, beginners én gevorderden.
Deze avonden worden georganiseerd op basis van vrije bijdrage, breng graag contant geld mee en een kussen/matje indien je dit thuis hebt liggen.

SILENT RETREAT 25 – 29 OCTOBER 2025 BRITTANY (autumn holiday)
Call it… a retreat, call it… nature, call it …a celebration.
What happens when you retreat to a sanctuary of simplicity, tranquillity and nature?
You allow yourself a refuge, in the safety of a small group and support, shielded from the speed of society and an excess of stimuli. Look inward, with a warm gaze, and let meditation do its work, in community.
The location
Lieze’s mother discovered the place first and started a vegetable garden while her dad renovated the house.
The large house, now available with several rooms and a beautiful space for meditation (and with a view of the sea…) is being made available to us and situated just a five-minute walk from the ocean.
We would like to offer the possibility of this silent retreat, based on sitting and walking meditation, some guided meditations and talks, as well as time to rest, eat, walk or take a swim.
To provide support, there will be individual check-ins.
The retreat will be mainly conducted in English, with translation into Dutch or French, if necessary.
The food will be organic and vegetarian. Please let us know if you have any allergies.
There is limited space (max. 8 people).
Registration is open and closes on Friday, 10 October 2025.
Rooms/tent spaces and prices:
Spacious room with double bed and private bathroom (1-3 persons) 360 for one person, 290 per person for 2, 260 per person for 3.
Room with double bed and shared bathroom in the hallway (1-3 persons) 310 per person, 260 per person for 2, 230 per person for 3
Tent: 230 euro per person (there is space for 3 tents max.) There is room for a maximum of 8 people.
The rate has been deliberately kept low; it covers your food and accommodation. The facilitators are paid on a donation basis (dana).
Cancellation fees:
If you cancel the 1st of October or later, refund 50 % of your payment.
Cancellation after 10th of October cannot be refunded anymore.

How to get there?
The nearest train station is Quimper. From there you can take a bus to Audierne.
For people planning to come by car, please let us know, if you are open to carpool.
We then would help you to link up with each other.
About Lars Schmidt
Lars is a poet, multidisciplinary artist, and natural thinker whose work bridges art, ecology, and contemplative practice. With formative years in New York City, Berlin, and Glasgow, his background spans performing and fine arts, somatics, photography, anthropology and Eastern philosophy.
He has lived and worked on organic farms in France and Italy, earning a Diploma in Applied Permaculture Design, and regularly retreated to mountain regions of France and Norway.His long-term practice of meditation and ecological living informs both his creative and facilitation work. Lars has curated and led interdisciplinary projects and workshops that connect improvisation, ecological design, and spiritual inquiry.
He is a member of the International Ecoart Network.
